These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BirdieLab mobile application. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Use of the App

BirdieLab is provided for your personal, non-commercial use to track your golf rounds and statistics. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

User Content

You retain ownership of the round data and reviews you create. By submitting course reviews, you grant us a license to display that content within the app to other users. You are responsible for ensuring your content is accurate and does not violate the rights of others.

Handicap and Statistics

Handicap indexes, statistics, and distances shown in the app are provided for informational purposes only. They are estimates and are not an official handicap issued by any golf authority. Do not rely on in-app GPS distances for decisions where precision is critical.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BirdieLab and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
